Sipcon’s 10,000 sq foot manufacturing facility is located in North INDIA. Each vision Measuring System undergoes rigorous testing on 25 quality parameters before being dispatched. Each system is calibrated according to ISO: 10360-7 standard with masters from Graticules UK with tractability to UKAS. Also, each system is issued a calibration certificate that has traceability to NPL/NABL. These Vision Measuring System can be provided with measurement range from 50 X 50 mm to 400 X 200 mm (X-axis, Y-axis). The work stage moves on cross roller guides that ensure frictionless movement. Moreover, the thread less axle makes sure that there is zero backlash and no wear tear of moving parts. Self-lubricating bearing ensures smooth operation at all times.
Sipcon’s Vision Measuring Systems uses a telecentric lens system so that there is no variation in magnification best suited for cylindrical components. Moreover, the para focal lenses ensure that repeated focusing is not required at different magnification. The multi-layer coated lenses have a magnification range from 5X to 2000X and come with a lifetime guarantee.
The Full-HD, High Resolution 5MP Camera features Automatic White Balance and Automatic Gain Control that ensure the exact reproducibility of captured images and videos, which is required for accurate measurements.
The high quality linear encoders sourced from the USA have an error of less than 1 micron in 1000 mm with a high signal noise ratio ensuring accurate results. The options of available least count are 0.005 mm, 0.001 mm, 0.0005 mm and 0.0001 mm.
