Sipcon Instrument Industries has been manufacturing Profile Projectors in India since 1972. With over 1000 profile projectors in active use, we are one of the largest selling brand in the industrial metrology segment with close to 30% market share.
Our manufacturing facility is located at Ambala which is 200kms north of New Delhi. Close to 80% of the profile projector is manufactured in-house while core components like lenses, glass scales and the software is imported from best-in-class manufacturers from Germany and USA.
All systems are manufactured under rigorous quality control process to ensure a perfect product. The calibration of the system is done through Swiss Calibration Masters that have traceability to International standards.
Profile projectors are manufactured on order and the current production time is 3-4 weeks. Improvements are underway to bring down it down to 2 weeks. One can choose from over 15 models currently being manufactured or one can custom order as per requirements. The following aspects of the profile projector can be customised.

Service and Calibration
Our team of 12 service technicians provide pan-India service and calibration of profile projectors. The current lead time for the same is five days. The followings tasks are covered in the service.
1. Cleaning of Glass screen
2. Greasing of mechanical workstage.
3. Cleaning of workstage glass.
4. Cleaning of lenses, condenser, reflector
5. Checking of electrical wires.
